Separate workspaces
A dedicated blasting bay with its own ramps, and a separate building for repairs and painting. Blasting media stays away from fresh welds and wet paint.

From an interest in Land Cruisers and Toyotas to a dedicated chassis repair, restoration and fabrication workshop in St Margaret’s, Co. Dublin.
Before starting Chassis Solutions, Richard welded machinery. An interest in Land Cruisers and Toyotas led to a business focused on keeping good vehicles going.
Working on Land Cruisers, Hilux and Pajeros, the same corrosion points appeared again and again. Suitable weld-in replacement sections were often hard to find. So we began making our own—then making them for other people, too.
Today, the work spans chassis repair, restoration, fabrication and 4×4 upgrades. The team includes a full-time panel beater with twenty years’ experience welding cars.

From the first CAD drawing to the protective finish, our facilities are built around the work.

An Xtreme Plasma table built to our specification in the UK. Water tables help limit warping in thinner steel during cutting.
Sections drawn in Fusion 360 and QCAD before they reach the plasma table, so the next section fits like the first.

We work on one vehicle at a time, and the ramps are usually occupied. Booking ahead means time for a proper inspection and a clear conversation about your vehicle.
