How the website handles information when you get in touch with Chassis Solutions.
Enquiries and workshop records
Submitting an enquiry saves your name, contact details, vehicle information and description in the workshop’s database. Uploaded photos are held in private cloud storage. Authorised workshop staff use these records to assess enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange work and maintain vehicle repair histories.
Quote versions, customer approval decisions, invoices and payments are retained as workshop records. Customer approval links are private links: share them only with the person authorised to make the decision.
Parts orders and payments
The cart stores selected part identifiers in your browser. Checkout collects contact details and your collection or delivery preference. Where delivery is available, an address is also collected.
When online payments are enabled, Stripe handles card payments through its secure checkout. The website stores the order and payment reference; it does not store your card number.
Access and storage
The site uses Vercel hosting and cloud file storage, and a dedicated Neon PostgreSQL database for customer and workshop records. Staff access requires a password and a session cookie. Public product photos are visible to visitors; vehicle job files are available only to authorised staff.
Please include only details relevant to your enquiry. Contact the workshop to request access to or correction of the information you have provided, or to discuss deletion where applicable.
Other services
WhatsApp and Google Maps links open third-party services with their own privacy policies. The website does not embed a map, advertising tracker or analytics service.
